Dan and I shot well after 4:30pm and I really like to work in my studio at least 2 hours prior to sunset! SO I WAS BITING MY NAILS, BUT... it was a test shoot, and what better way to test myself!? I did end up editing them differently, the tones fit better for the shadows and graininess! My ISO was SCREAMING but it's okay, because we got a VERY solid album!

Today

Here is the progress from today. I need to make a few more clouds and I need to install the bed slats. We got heavy duty ones because the ones I’ve used before were not very good for our bodacious beauties.

Basically, the set is coming together pretty good. There are a few things I’d like to tweak tomorrow when I have sunlight to see how the light will enter the studio, but we are on a good path.

Whew

I have spent the entire morning rearranging cleaning, crying, and the backdrop is finally set up for our Valentines cloud bed set! Now all I have to do is add the clouds to the drapes, install the hanging clouds and set the bed up!

Thankfully the bed is all painted and ready to be installed and then it’s just final touches! It’s a very TRUST THE PROCESS experience. But it’s coming together better than I dreamed! And I can already...
