Hi! This is the preset I have made for exporting textures for use with Blender / Poiyomi Unity Shader / VRChat Quest Shader

In substance, use 'import resources' and select the preset

or

Drop the file into Documents\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Painter\assets\export-presets

Restart Substance, and it should appear in the template dropdown when exporting textures
