for some reason the way i've set this up sounds like a stranger things episode ๐ค this almost makes me feel sorry for the victim, plus the way he's able to talk to his companion despite what's being done to him... respect.
not a whole lot of worldbuilding here, it's one of those horror scenes where they're escaping a hell dimension! and now thanks to trapping him inbetween, the hell dimension might be able to spread through the human world! something like that
