I think I’m satisfied

OK, so I moved the Christmas tree from next to the window to the other side of the set! Which, for me when it comes to posing, is going to help draw a lot more light to the face I have now added lights to the tree as well to help conceal some of the dark backdrop! And I filled the other corner with some non-traditional plants, as well as traditional decorations!!!

I shot 100 spooky shoots this year! Grace made #100! I am exhausted and need a break but I am happy! Every year is bigger and better than the last, and I am so thankful for what we have all created in this small town! I am already planning next year, which I hope is just as amazing as this year! Thank you all the my models and anyone who cheered us on!  Spooky Season 2023 was one for the books!

I am having the hardest time planning Christmas boudoir minis this year. so for now I’m going to reminisce about summertime.

How

Somehow, I have managed to book shoots four days in a row past Bedford. I literally never have to drive more than an hour for work and in the last couple of days I have put more miles on my car than I have in a hot minute!

I will probably download an audible book. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Slay

We have two more weeks of spooky season and I a might cry when it is over! I have enjoyed every single set, model and concept!

This session was awesome, but my 35mm lens is being a jerk and refuses to focus at all, so I had to stick with my 50mm which I did not want for my vision, but oh well. It was drizzling as well, so we just had a lot against us. But we made lemonade with our lemons.

Excited

Tonight is the last sleeping siren set and then tomorrow my husband and I will be tearing that set down and building the slay bae set! This is the set I am most excited for this spooky season! And I cannot wait to show you all what I have in mind for it. Also, I find it extremely wild that every boudoir photographer and their mother are also doing a very similar set to this. And I’m wondering what’s in the air ha ha. 👀

Scream Queen

Last year, when I was at the height of my morning sickness from my pregnancy, my friend reached out and wanted to do a Scream session! We had done one the year prior, and it went mini viral. So we were super excited to make this happen again! Me being a sick as I was in her planning a last-minute move across the country, we quickly got things together and made the best of it.

Siren set

Behind the scenes of this years sleeping siren set!! We only have two more siren sessions this year then we move on to slay bae!! Which I am most excited for. It’s such a sensual set! I cannot wait to see what magic we make.

It is extremely disheartening because 98% of my bookings come from those platforms, and it also hurts seeing my art considered unsafe for the internet!
