Workouts for this week

As long as I feel better later this week (I have a cold and respiratory issues) I’ll be able to post two upper body workouts. Both will focus on shoulders and back, one will be a very beginner version, the second a more advanced progression of the first! Standing Lower Body Mobility

Learn how to warmup and condition using joint mobility to work towards getting up and down from the ground without using your hands. This is a lower body mobility workout that targets the hips, knees, ankles, and feet. It’s a bit spicier than my beginner beginner workouts, consider this a bridge to then start working on more intermediate movement! All you need is a floor and your body.
