I originally ended this story in the traditional Selkie fashion, as a romantic tragedy, but decided to take a twist... ala Jon Macy's ending to "Teleny and Camille".

Also, Michae...

Okay, figuring out desktop sizes was a lot easier. These should work well enough for mobile devices as well, but I will keep looking into those aspects.

Throw Back Thursday

Hey Droogs!

I came across this while going through some old art a few days ago. This appeared in "Grunge", the same xerox comic that "Starfleet's Finest" was in. Acrylic on illustration board. As you might guess, I was a big fan of Isaac.

(edit: '23) I had done a color version of the "scene" in the middle of this as a self-promotional illustration shortly after, with intent to make it a business card. I didn't end up using...

I did not know it until Jon pointed it out to me when we met, but Jon and I were in the same class (year) in the same high school. Funny that we'd both end up making similar comics. Jon has been making ...

Android Wallpaper #1

Hey all, I started making some wallpapers like I said I would for having the 1st pledge goal met (on the first day, no less!).  I put a few together at android size (I use an android, betch), and here is the 1st of those.

So far I will be theming them on what stories I have posted or am working on. The above image was the cover of my short run Feral Sketchbook "Petroglyphs", featuring Grant and the Wolf-God View Post

Jinkies!

I made some minor alterations to the rewards, shuffled some stuff around between the 20 and 100 dollar range. I moved the "draw you into a story" reward from the 100$ reward to the 20$, and the "access to private writing blogs" from 20$ to 100$.

If this is an issue with anyone, please feel free to contact me about it, change your reward level, cancel, tell me to high-dive into a wet sponge, or whatever you wish.

You all ar...

Hey Droogies!

It's the first exclusive page posted, meaning only peeps above a certain pledge level can access.

You snobs!

This one is a double ex, being an exclusive and a sex story. I wouldn't say "x-rated". There's dongs and sex, but it is more romantic than raunchy. It first appeared in the ...

Warm-up Sketch Time!

Hello Droogies!

So if you are seeing this, you are a Patron who gets to suggest a warm-up sketch. Just pick someone or something you'd like to see me do a quick drawing of and post it in the comments below. When I have done yours, I will post it to my website, and to Patreon here!

This is an example from a few years back; Charles "Krazy ...

This is an 8 pager from 2004. It's about my first dog... a short intense time together. I published it in my first ashcan, so there's maybe 20 copies floating around out there. For a short while it was one of 2 stories posted on my website, maybe 9 years ago.

2 more pledges today! Woo hoo!

When I first started reading Judge Dredd, the book was an example of how oppressive a police state would be. Dredd was not himself really a character, but a stand in for the system... it could be any judge representing the law. Dredd's name is on the cover, so it's him, hence "I am the La...

A month ago, I mailed my try out for 2000ad, the comic book Judge Dredd appears in. Off to the UK it went... and I will patiently wait to hear back.
