on this fine saturday? I am a sick sickerson from sickersville today. it's been so warm here but also Februarily chilly at the same time, so you really don't know how to dress. I was outside in my big puffer jacket and it got way too hot and I started sweating, so I thought it was a wise idea to take off my jacket while sweaty and let the cold wind hit me, and it especially hit my neck/throat cause i wasn't wearing a turtleneck OR a scarf 😂 so now I have a sore throat.

I am: - trying not to rip my tonsils out (but its not that bad actually as i nipped it in the - - butt as soon as I felt it coming on) - doing baking soda water gargles - doing salt water gargles - loading up on lemons and oranges - eating ricola - making/eating soup - making/drinking lots of tea (esp with clove since it's sort of numbing)

I also made the most amazing lentil soup. Usually I just make it with orange lentils and carrot and onion and a bullion cube, and some cellery sometimes. But this time I also added pumpkin and made it into a cream soup in the blender, then I added some chickpeas and mashed them up for texture. It was SO good. And a killer frittata too! Look how crispy it looks.

Here's another cool thing. I bought a few sprigs of eucalyptus and hung them in the shower, so the steam/hot water makes all its oils/scent come out and it's like being in a sauna/spa every time you shower. I'm sure you can also do it with other herbs!

Last but certainly not least, look at those sheep chairs (sheep chairs by Francois-Xavier Lalanne)...it was a post from a makeup youtuber I watch, and someone commented that coupled with these moss carpets it would be the perfect living room setting, and now I can't let go of this idea. I genuinely would do it if I could 😂

edit: I have done some research: $500,000 to 1,000,000 for one sheep chair 🤣🤣🤣🤣 dream brutally crushed.
