πSneak Peek: New Website
Added 2020-11-09 19:33:18 +0000 UTCIt has been several years since the website had a true redesign. Soon, I will publish the updated site, but I want to set the expectations. It's not gonna be some mind-blowing thing. I want to keep it super simple. In fact, I only redesigned the pages which get the most trafficβincluding our beloved wallpaper gallery!
Here's the key focus points for the new site:
- It's mobile-ready. The site finally adjusts the layout for mobile devices.
- It's SSL certified and encrypted.
- The branding (including the favicon) has been updatedβno more old logos and fonts.
- It's more accessible. Every button and image has tooltips (where applicable) and alt text (for screen readers).
- And it's minimalist! The design is incredibly simple.
I'm still fine tuning a few things, but it will be ready soon!
P.S. MKBHD.com was the big inspiration for this redesign.
