She only now gained the confidence to approach him after she lost weight, but she is acknowledging that Itadori never cared about that to begin with. With that, she recognizes that the things that hurt her from other people, she was also doing to herself. I think Itadori inspires her to work through that prejudice as a result. I'd love it if someone could clarify their interpretation of this scene, too!
