2025-10-20 22:58:36 +0000 UTCI often hear the criticism of the Democrats (Biden and establishment dems) not pushing hard enough for proper charges over Jan 6, that he shouldโve been jailed. Granted, if I remember correctly, the Supreme Court came to his aid (sudo-)exonerating him *during* his time in office with some โpowers of the office rulingโ which wouldโve also granted power to the sitting president (Biden) to pursue proper arrest. Even the judge that oversaw the 34 accounts of falsifying business records essentially just gave him a slap-on-the-wrist punishment.
