Added 2024-04-03 20:12:02 +0000 UTCGuys, unfortunately I really donโt feel good for the last 3 days. As you know I reduce the dose of my meds Lyrica, which I use for almost a year. If some of you donโt know, I have GAD.
I am taking 75g instead of 150g.
I feel very aggressive, tired and I have headaches. I also sleep really bad.
My brain just need to get to use to new dose and it takes up to 6-8 days.
I hope tomorrow Iโll be online. If you see that Iโm not in the mood or something else, itโs just the meds.
In May I will reduce do 30g and in the beginning of June I stop taking it.
I only will use another meds until the end of autumn.
