Remember, they were working together until Cage met with his dad, and then they sent Emerson to rendezvous with Lexa to offer her the deal to release her people. It makes sense from the standpoint of how many people theyβve already lost and how many people they were getting back, but in the long term, it could come back to bite them when the Mountain Men make it to the ground. But itβs not a given because the only reason they were fighting with the Grounders in the first place was because they needed their blood. But with the Sky Peopleβs bone marrow, they wouldnβt need to use the Grounders anymore

Lexa definitely has more of a fighting-spirit voice than Clarke β itβs stronger and more commanding, like you instantly believe people would follow her into battle. And the way she says βjus drein jus daunβ is so catchy, it lives in my head rent free ππ₯ The ending of this episode thoughβ¦ absolutely brutal. It comes so suddenly and just leaves you sitting there in shock, like you donβt even get time to process it. Such a powerful but painful way to end Part 1.
