SilverControl Aprototypical
Added 2022-01-08 05:01:59 +0000 UTCI'm still not sure what's appropriate to post on Patreon, so I'll just link this one externally :P

In my last post I alluded to some new stuff in the works. It's a little hard to describe, but the plan is to join my many plugins into something a little more robust. The linked gif shows a really early prototype. It's not much and it doesn't look very impressive, but the idea is pretty simple. I'm creating a UI in world space (meaning it will work in VR as well) and licking a button to change all character poses and, importantly, all of their plugin settings, at once. Rather than having to save a bunch of different scenes, I'm trying to create a solution that'll allow you to quickly switch between different poses and plugin configs quickly. Without having to load a new scene.
I'm also toying with the idea of releasing scenes that take advantage of this new setup to showcase new looks in a variety of poses. It'd be pretty cool to swap between a BJ, HJ, and thrust without having to load a new scene, right?!
I'm going to go ahead and release this super busted prototype to the Aprototypical tier. Seriously, it's not great, but I promised Aprototypical subscribers broken things, sooooo :D

2022-01-10 14:22:33 +0000 UTCI've made several scenes that do this.

2022-01-10 05:30:22 +0000 UTCthis is actually possible in game, you make buttons that load the poses, then set all the plug-ins and other settings. Then, you have a stop button that's clicked before clicking another pose button. The stop button stops any active cycleforces/syncforces, animation patterns, animations, etc... Or you can put stop settings into each button but taht's waaaay to much work.
