Hi guys!
A couple of days ago I did a "live drawing" session to warm up a bit because I've been not very creative with poses lately, I used this video from New Masters Academy. Notice how rigid the first pose is and how much more movement has the last one, these exercises are pure gold to learn anatomy and understanding the human body structures and shapes, I should take more time to do more of these exercises and I really encourage you to do it as well !
As for my tools, I just used a prismacolor col-erase red pencil for the base shapes, a black fineliner 0.1 to define lines and the Spectrum Noir artliner with a brush tip to add weight/volume to certain parts (simply think which parts are in shadows, and that's normally where the thicker lines go!)
I have some new art I'll be sharing with you tomorrow, I've been working with new tools as part of a collaboration with Kuretake! But for now this is it, I'm off to visit my dad for his birthday :)
All my love,
Gret
