Sketchbook pages + life update 🌿

Hi guys! How are you? Hope you're doing well!

I don't have a lot of new exciting art to share, but I've been drawing a lot in my sketchbook lately :D 

I finally started using a sketchbook that was sent to me by Artgecko some months ago and I'm very happy with it! I think I've mentioned it before, but I love their marker paper because it doesn't bleed through and it's perfect for Posca markers especially. 

I love hardbound sketchbooks so I wasn't sure about the spiral-bound at the begging, but actually it's okay, not an issue at all. I love how big the pages are! After drawing on a A5 sketchbook for years, using a A4 sheet again for doodling feels great haha lots of room for experimenting!

I decided to buy just a couple more of Posca markers to expand my collection a little bit, these are all the colors I have so far

And then I wanted to create some cool color palettes as reference for when I paint with them:

Lastly, I did some random drawings using Copic multiliners, the pentel pocket brush and the Kurecolor markers, I know it's a bit messy but I didn't overthink anything and just drew what was in front of me, it was very very fun !

I'm currently re-watching W.I.T.C.H. with my boyfriend and I also bought the first volumes of the comic to start re-reading the whole story, so I thought it was the perfect timing to continue with my Witch series! I drew Hay Lin a couple of days ago

I'm very happy with the result :)!!Hope I can put together a tiktok video soon.

Finally, here's the cover I did for Marvel Action: Captain Marvel from IDW and the sketch options, I truly loved working on this piece :)

Anddd that's it for today! That's all the interesting stuff I have to say.

These past couple of days were a bit hectic for me because I was diagnosed with a chronic illness that I didn't know I had :D it's not terribly serious right now but it will become a problem if I don't start the proper treatment asap. I hope one day I'll have the courage to speak about it, for now I'm fine, I'm just a bit tired. I wish I could unplug my brain for a couple of days though.
