Hope you're having a fantastic Saturday!

I'm sorry it's been a bit quiet around here this past week, I was working on a couple of Star Wars illustrations for a new project and I'm finally done with that :D

I really wanted to draw on my sketchbook last night but while looking for refs I came across a wonderful photo and I had this sudden urge of doing a quick digital study of it !

I don't know if it's because I haven't had pasta in a long time now, but I loved this picture xD I haven't drawn a lot of people eating in general and omg it's fun.

I only used the MaxU Watercolor Flow brush from the Watercolor Maxpack (by Max Ulichney) to add some grays and shadows. Then I used Procreate effects like chromatic aberration and half tone to add some more details ! I need to do a new updated post with the brushes I use the most on Procreate. Promise I'll do that soon!

Anyways, hope you like it! I'll post this on IG later today :)

By the way, some of you asked me where I find my references, feel free to check out my Pinterest here :D my boards are not pretty nor organized, there's stuff all over the place, but I have a bunch of photos saved that I use sometimes as inspo. Hope it helps!
