Hellooo guys!! How are you?
I'm finally back home from Canada! Took me a couple of days to adjust to the routine again, I really appreciated we came back on a Friday cause the weekend was very handy to wind down a bit.
I had a ton of mails to catch up with, I'm still going through that honestly lol and I haven't answered your messages here on Patreon yet, will do it today asap.
Yesterday I tried to draw a bit for me and I felt so rusty. I don't hate the result but I don't like it either. It was fun playing with watercolors and colored pencils though, not something I do very often. I miss alcohol markers so much!! I hope to make some room this week to do something new but I have so much work I honestly don't know what will become of me in the upcoming weeks.

Lightbox Expo will be happening in a little more than two months and that's driving me crazy too hehe. There's so much I want to do. I'm trying my best to put together a new art book collecting my best pieces, mostly because I want to have some kind of portfolio for any potential clients.
I came across this old drawing and decided to tweak it a bit to see if it could be "saved" for the book and I'm happy with the result. I never know if my art style changes at all until I do these things π first one is from 2020 - second one 2022

There's a slightly chance I'll be attending to NYCC as well. I got accepted before my trip to Montreal but I haven't paid for my table yet. NYCC is also in October, one week before LBX. I'm just a little worried it's going to be too much for me ? especially since I haven't done any international conventions before. It's like going from 0 to 100000000. But I really really want to go.
What should I do? do you think there's a chance for me to survive both events? π
I have to go back to work now, here're some more pics from the trip β€οΈ

This Robin mural was so sick!!! I still can't bealieve why someone would paint Robin and it was literally one of the first things I saw the first day heh it was really magical also, fun fact: Gabriel Picolo replied to my story of this mural and that's when I noticed he freaking follows me on Insta. Yup, big fangirl moment π₯²

That's it for today. I'll be back soon with more! π
Thank you so much for your support here on Patreon, you were a big part of making this mid-year getaway possible and it means the world to me. Love you all!
