Cleckner is truly one of the masters. I really enjoyed his down to earth approach.
I always start with a high quality base and rings, the term we used to use is lapping in the scope rings. I have gleaned every ounce of information I can from my father, a former Army sharpshooter who did most of his own armorer work back in the days of Vietnam. There is truly an art form to mastering this knowledge.
