There was a repair ship named Kamchatka of Imperial Russian Navy. Famous in pop culture for transmitting that signals in places where there could not possibly be any torpedo boats and cause panics to the entire squadron.

Whole-ass plates, too! Edit: BTW, you tagged this with a lowercase 'art', that seems to have split it off into it's own category. Changing it to 'Art' will probably fix it?
