Heard back from support-
I manually have to go into every previously made video (260+) and give this tier access to them.๐ Which I WILL get done, Its just gonna be a bit for me to go through years of videos, but I'll start today.
As for the 7videos this month being posted to the "Basic loves" tier- you'll get access as soon as they are posted. (I don't have a specific upload schedule for any of those 7 videos.
