New Item: Narva (+ Loot Challenge Update)

Hi!

Here's one new lootable item for the game that I recovered from old Unity files.

This item is a retro military flashlight from the East-Germany era that are quite a common sight still nowadays in military surplus stores.

Also related to the flashlight topic, since game has now that item requirement and battery loading mechanic for certain electronics, these flashlights like NVG's are different in terms of light power / intensity. For example this item provides quite a dim and yellowish light, while the Polaris has more white and bright light etc.

Then when it comes to Loot Challenge, I actually forgot to add all the separated magazine items to the total count for the early access, so here's the current item count after this item and magazines.

Loot Challenge: 221

So I think we are going for the 250-300 unique item range for the early access :)
