New weapons: M4A1 & HK416

Here's the last two weapons (voted by Vostok tier supporters) that will be added to the early access weapon arsenal: M4A1 and HK416.
I had these weapons in old Unity build, but the models were quite bad, so I updated both of these few days ago to match the current 3D weapon quality.
Animations for these are now also under work and those will be done at the end of this month.

Yes, like the MP5's share same ones. And that loot challenge is how many unique items are in the game, since I had a goal to get +200 unique items for the early access.
