今回は長野県 白馬村にある白馬八方温泉に行ってきました♨️

白馬といえば、スキーなどのウィンタースポーツが盛んな地⛷

今年は特に海外からの観光客も多くいました。

そんな白馬にも「温泉」があるのです！

This time I visited Hakuba Happo Onsen in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture ♨️

Hakuba is a place where skiing and other winter sports are popular⛷.

This year, there were many tourists, especially from overseas.

Such Hakuba also has "hot springs"!

白馬にあるスーパー「BIG」で食材集めをして、温泉に向かいます。

I will gather ingredients at the "BIG" supermarket in Hakuba, and then head to the hot springs.

今日の温泉は、八方温泉 おびなたの湯。

通常は日帰り入浴施設ですが、冬季のみ貸切で利用できます。

私は12時半〜14時半の2時間貸切で利用しました。

Today's hot spring is Happo Onsen Obitanata no Yu.

Normally, it is a day-trip bathing facility, but it is available for private use only in winter.

I used it for a 2-hour charter from 12:30 to 14:30.

広い露天風呂がひとつ。

露天風呂というより、野天風呂に近い雰囲気です。

お湯の色は透明で、温度は適温。

白馬八方温泉の中でも源泉に一番近い場所にあり、お湯はとても良いです。

There is one large open-air bath.

It is more like an open-air bath than an outdoor bath.

The water is clear and the temperature is moderate.

It is located closest to the source of the hot spring in Hakuba Happo Onsen, and the water is very good.

天然水素の湯、？

調べてみると、日本で唯一、天然の水素が観測される「天然水素温泉」だそうです。

すごい貴重なお湯😳

美肌効果やアンチエイジング効果が期待されます。

Natural hydrogen hot spring,?

I looked it up and found that it is the only "natural hydrogen hot spring" in Japan where natural hydrogen can be observed.

Amazing precious hot water😳

It is expected to have skin beautifying and anti-aging effects.

その日は「From P Hakuba」に１泊しました。

リーズナブルなペンションからグランピングやサウナなどのお洒落な施設もあります。

色んな楽しみ方ができて、白馬を満喫できます。

That day we stayed one night at From P Hakuba.

There are a variety of facilities, from reasonably priced pensions to stylish facilities such as glamping and saunas.

You can enjoy Hakuba in a variety of ways.

私はペンションの1室に泊まりました。

海外に行った時のことを思い出すようなお部屋でなんだか懐かしかったです。

窓からは白馬の風景が見られました。

I stayed in one of the pension rooms.

The room reminded me of when I went abroad, and it was kind of nostalgic.

From the window I could see the scenery of Hakuba.

せっかくなのでサウナも体験してみました🧖

Since I was there, I also experienced the sauna 🧖.

大きな醤油樽の水風呂。深さはなんと2m😳

この時期の水風呂は絶対に無理。と思っていたけど、入っちゃったよ。
