Here is a few things to know in the form of an FAQ:
Q: I have access to the build through Patreon, should I buy it?
A: No! You already own it! Enjoy!
Q: I cancelled my Patreon subscription but I still have access to the Itch build, do I own it?
A: Yes! Enjoy!
Q: Now that I own it, what does my Patreon subscription get me?
A: I will be creating a new build for testing and development between Itch updates. You will get access to that. I am also considering adding more little test projects and development tool tests if y'all are interested. This is of course in addition to my unending gratitude and your contribution to my survival as I continue to develop adult games.
Q: Aren't you tired and stressed? Will you be taking a couple days to relax?
A: Yes!.. and yes please.
