Yep, that was Christian Kaneโs real singing voice. In fact, the first TV show I ever saw him in was Fame LA back in 1998, where he played a struggling actor/musician from Texas trying to make it in LA. He has a band called Kane, who he released a couple of country-rock albums with a few years ago (I have several of their songs on my workout playlist), and Iโve actually been to a couple of Christianโs gigs in London :).

2022-03-22 01:51:41 +0000 UTCI agree completely, Emma. Lilah is great and I'm not interested in anything Lindsey does.

2022-03-21 11:23:54 +0000 UTCA great Lindsey and Angel episode. I am definitely team Cangel. But also, Cordelia staring all starry eyed at Lindsey singing definitely made me crackship uh Cindsey too? Lindelia?

2022-03-21 02:47:24 +0000 UTCI agree with you about Lilah. I despise her personality. She fits her character but I'm just not a fan of her. With Lindsey, I feel like its a love-hate relationship. You just can't help but want to like him.

2022-03-21 01:21:48 +0000 UTCWelcome to the good ship Cangel. It's so weird in retrospect going back and seeing their early Buffy interactions, like in Halloween in s2, and seeing where they are now. And my favourite part about Angel's ridiculously petty prank at the end is the idea of him furiously writing "COPS SUCK" in black sharpie and giggling to himself.

2022-03-19 20:35:39 +0000 UTCThat is indeed Christian Kaneโs real singing voice. He is a singer and songwriter- that song he was singing is his ๐. He and David Boreanaz are also good friends in real life. Apparently they had a lot of fun making this episode .
