今日は1日中寝てました！
ぜんぶで17時間近く寝てたかな？
アイドルを辞めてから
色々あって療養が必要なので
なるべく予定を入れずに
沢山寝てゆっくり過ごしています
最近までは調子が悪くて
とても外に出られる状況ではないって
感じだったんだけど
なぜか🔞活動を本格化してから
すごく元気になって
散歩したい！とか
外に出たい！って日も増えました
もしかしたらえっちな活動が
向いてたのかも…😻
と冗談はさておき、
ここまで回復できたのは
あたたかいファンの皆さんが
傍でずっと支えてくれたからです
本当にありがとう😊
みんなもお体に気をつけて
一緒に長生きしようね
老人ホームを作って、ファンの方と
老後を過ごすのが夢なシオンでした

I slept all day today!
I think I slept for almost 17 hours in total.
After quitting being an idol
I need medical treatment for various reasons.
Avoid making plans as much as possible
I'm sleeping a lot and relaxing
I haven't been feeling well until recently.
I'm not really in a position to go out.

For some reason 🔞After I started my activities in earnest
I feel so much better
I want to take a walk! Or something
I want to go outside! The number of days has increased.
