Here is the March Tutorial Poll! ๐ค I went through all of your comments over the weekend and wrote down all your ideas โ thank you so much to everyone who left suggestions!! ๐ Many of you suggested a re-poll with the options from last month, so Iโve included them here along with an extra :) Keep reading to see what each topic will cover!
- Weather Lighting on a Portrait: For this tutorial I'll show you guys how to render different kinds of weather lighting on the same portrait! Things like rainy weather, harsh sunlight, golden hour, and more โจ
- Character Interactions Tutorial: In this video Iโll be sharing my techniques and process on how to draw two characters interacting in a scene! We'll be covering how to make the composition work around two characters, how to create balance, and how to capture a special spark & feeling in their interaction โจ
- Cinematic Movie Studies: In this video weโll be drawing some movie scenes together to study capturing a cinematic look! There will be a focus on dramatic lighting, color themes, composition, emotion, and more โจ
- How to Paint Reflections: For this tutorial weโll be studying how to capture characters with reflections! Since thereโs a lot of detail I could cover about this topic (like mirrors, reflective clothing and water, etc.) I want to break it up into multiple videos, so this tutorial will be covering characters with window reflections! โจ
- How to Paint Skin (Updated): This video would be an updated tutorial on how to render skin without grayscale! Iโll show you guys how to add life and vibrancy to skin in different shades, how to work with cool & warm tones in the shadows, and more โจ
