Added 2022-12-12 10:43:57 +0000 UTCAnd anyone else affected by snow!
I got stranded last night 60 miles from my house! fortunately there was a Starbucks open for food near me or Iโd have starved ๐
Unfortunately this means no video today but Iโm now FINISHED with work until after Christmas! So more content for you once Iโve had a longass nap (Turns out napping in a cold transit van overnight isnโt comfy!)
This FRIDAY 16TH December at 7pm UK Time I will be doing a livestream on my youtube eating and answering any questions. Anyone can watch and then itโll be available for ยฃ5+ Patrons later!
Workout video will come very soon so keep an eye out!
