Figured out the problems, progress is going well
Added 2021-06-21 00:52:10 +0000 UTCI just needed to step back to review the story to see what was going right and what was going wrong with the book. Ultimately, the issue wasn't that the writing was bad, or that it wasn't engaging on some level. The issue was that the plot wasn't holding anyone's attention. Now it does, and I just need to write enough of a bridge to snap the front and back of the book together.
I've written bridges before. See the first 1/3rd of Castle for an example. After reviewing my new draft outline, I got this. I believe in me.
