No Toasty this week

2021-09-11 03:52:16 +0000 UTCYeah, no worries! I've been enjoying the toasty series, worried his ketchup dispenser is going to run out. Side quest to find more ketchup sounds funny haha. I can also imagine toasty just becoming this insanely powerful AI machine hell bent on creating breakfast for the Galaxy. Similar to the thought experiment by Nick Bostrom in Super Intelligence, where an AI was created to make paperclips and ends up consuming more and more resources to do this and when humanity tries to stop the machine from creating more paperclips it views us as the enemy and wipes us out for self preservation to be able to produce more paperclips. Imagine toasty becomes this all powerful AI in the conquest to provide the best breakfast, taking over civilizations for the sole purpose of cooking breakfast for them to eat it and at some point coming to the realization he's now become the villain in the story like Darth Vader lol. Or perhaps in the infinity of the universe we live in he comes across another AI being hell bent on providing dinner and the two clash in the most epic fashion to determine if breakfast really can be served for dinner!
