6 years of Development
Added 2020-01-07 04:37:00 +0000 UTCI have many many many ocs and pairings and all of them have their own timelines of development but something about these two hit so much harder as I remember specifically making them mutual fuck buddies that totally get that pleasure > romantic feelings. But as things went on, Bran got a crush, Suri pushed back and things just spiraled from there. It wasn't something that was already thought as end game for these two cuz I knew they wouldn't end up together like that, it just wasn't for them. But now, seeing as Bran has his arc of learning boundaries and taking the L when he has to, moving on but still having that same love regardless of if the person he's into wants or doesn't want him... it's pretty nice to see how much more mature he's become. Along side Suri, who's had a much bigger slap of reality when it comes to his development. Having to face his issues and figure out WHY he's such an easy ho, it's quite nice to see how the both of them help one another become better people.
I think what made this even nicer was drawing them out and people also seeing them become more and more involved with each other. It's always been fun to watch people love and enjoy something you create and just having a tiny lil community celebrating that. Bran and Suri have been a very impactful pair that were kind of the 'start' of my fanbase growing? It all began with their little porn comic I never finished that got posted on u-18 and brought in a plethora of colorful people, some who are still here today (thanks for stickin around). I owe a lot to that moment and these two. They really helped bring a strange but fulfilling changed to my art presence and ... I miss them a lot.
This pic got me pretty good in reviving those feelings, taking a tiny trip back to memory lane of why they have such an impact on me. I'm very thankful.. and I hope to draw them even more. Bran might also get a bit of a redesign if it comes to... but for now. ;w; I'm just happy to still love these furry losers <3
