Another new design but it's actually not that new! He was given a Blue Oni design in a nsfw piece! I made a human version and it's basically for an entirely different project that I'm doing with a friend <3

Though Phoenix in both universes don't have much yet, so far there are some tidbits of info I'd like to wail out cuz his personality is sloooowly coming along (tho human and oni versions may differ). So far, Phoenix is impulsive and ridiculous in a way where he breeds the feeling of chaos without meaning to. He works as a bounty hunter with a partner who's name is Georgia Rhode. They're very different but work well together. He spends his money on shit he shouldn't, like alcohol and stupidly fancy foods, has a poor sleep schedule and probably doesn't actually dress himself in the mature clothing he wears (aka, Georgia provides nice clothing cuz she cares about how they both look). He's just... an idiot but he's got pretty good precision and picks up on things rather fast.

He's not fully fleshed out ofc, but... there's a good amount to work with ;w;
