Zoe up a tier, very good right now with ludens buff, less people being tanky due to seraph nerf, roa nerf etc, lichbane buildable too, surge buff too, like every zoe item.
Annie items buffed, try mali > rocketbelt | Neeko too , rocketbelt buff
Ori and taliyah, traditional control mages are nerfed this patch, having to build items like ludens is a nerf to these champions, compared to champs like zoe that always wanted those items.

Viktor down a tier, same reason as ori, if you can go ludens lichbane viktor is strong tho.
